I would like to work with a number of technologies in the classroom. I would advise my students to use portable storage devices so they can work on a computer assignment at school and take it home to continue working. Data projection units are useful for displaying information during a lecture. Students can use headphones for listening assignments, which is very useful when teaching a new language. They can then record responses with a microphone. Electronic whiteboards can be used as an alternative to markers or chalk and can convert images or text into computer files. Lastly, I may use webcams to let the students Skype other students from different countries so they can practice their language skills.
